Baking Days Has Just Begun

Have been having crazy moood swings recently. But, I'm still alive.
Anyways, baking practicum is fun because i have very nice group members who help me and are great! First, let me introduce my crazy grp members.. (grabbed from yvonne's blog)

in the 2 days (wed and thurs) of practicum, we learnt to make 2 kinds of bread, i can't really remember the names and all la, but anyway, let me show u all some photos of wat chef-cum-lawyer su has been learning and doing..

I was having a hard time bcos i'm a LITTLE not-gentle and a LITTLE bad-tempered. I couldn't do it properly. But Chef and my group members were great, in teaching and supporting me. LOVE U CRAZY GALS!

after all those sleepless nights, i know i'm not ready for it. things went too fast. i'm too rash.
but, i do still miss those break-times, and look forward to them. I hope it continues despite that incident.
